How do I wash my abaya to maintain its quality?

We recommend machine washing your abaya in cold water on a gentle cycle to preserve its fabric and color. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as these can damage the material. For best results, place your abaya in a mesh laundry bag to protect it during the wash. Afterward, air dry by hanging it up and avoid using a dryer, as heat can cause shrinkage.

Do you accept refunds and returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or returns. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to process returns once the product has been worn or opened. Please double-check your size and preferences before making a purchase. If you have any concerns about the product before purchasing, feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to assist you.

Do you accept exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Our inventory is made to provide the best possible fit for a wide range of customers, and once the item is sold, we cannot process exchanges.
